    "July 1 (SeeNews) - Clean Line Energy Partners said Thursday it has submitted an application to the Missouri Public Service Commission (PUC) for the Grain Belt Express Clean Line project with the support of Missouri governor Jay Nixon and Fortune 500 companies.The project is an overhead power line that will deliver up to 500 MW of wind power from western Kansas into Missouri and up to 3.5 GW to states farther east. Missouri is the last of four states where approval is needed, with regulators in Kansas, Illinois and Indiana having already endorsed the line.  The Missouri PUC last year turned down the project.  Nixon on Wednesday declared support for Grain Belt Express and said that the developer has agreed to his request for a new set of landowner protections.Clean Line also said that the project has received support from a group of companies with facilities across Missouri including General Motors, Target, Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Kellogg's and Nestle, who say that",
