"(Minneapolis, MN) -- A state agency is taking rare legal steps to shut down a recycling company accused of polluting the air in North Minneapolis. Television station K-S-T-P reports that the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (M-P-C-A) is in the process of revoking the air quality permit for Northern Metal Recycling. The M-P-C-A also filed for a temporary injunction today (Thursday) in Ramsey County Court that would force the company to immediately halt its metal shredding operations.
