"SUN VALLEY, Idaho — As the sun rose on the first full day of Allen & Co.’s annual mountain resort shindig for media moguls and tech tycoons, the daughter of billionaire Sumner Redstone seems to be following a strategy that every good chess player follows — she’s controlling the center of the board. Shari Redstone was everywhere Wednesday at the annual gathering of movers and shakers in this small resort town while her nemesis, Viacom Chief Executive Philippe Dauman, is nowhere to be seen. "SUN VALLEY, Idaho — Hunky Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is trying to attract US tech and media companies. The press swarm isn’t allowed to attend any of the speaking sessions at the weeklong confab. “He probably pulled into the back entrance” where press is forbidden, one photographer complained. Once inside, sources said Trudeau thrilled the crowd, telling tales and lessons he learned from an unconventional upbringing by his famous, jet-setter", nypost.com
"Despite the many famous attendees who make the trip to Sun Valley, Idaho every year (the official guestlist is kept secret, but names eventually emerge), little is known about the conference. The sessions are closed to the media, and participants rarely speak to reporters during the event.", www.ctvnews.ca
